Rhythm, Reading, Tone and Style Improve Playing
Kimberly Dreisbach is
a DMA student at the University of Oklahoma. Kimberly gave a demonstration
on the benefits of playing duets, for piano students and teachers. The
benefits range from rhythmic stability, sight-reading, tone quality,
stylistic

and physical dexterity. Mario subsequently performs a duet with Shawn
Chambers, who only began playing the piano a mere six months prior to
this video.
